I just bought a green thumb and a fish bowl from Ecovues. I was really excited to get my items home and upon doing so I realized that the fish bowl was completely filled with water. I immediately called them and they said it was due to the fact that we were putting in a new delivery date. Were out of stock for sure This is an online store and their customer service is supposed to be top-notch.Im sorry to hear that and well do what we can to help by taking off the sale price of your item.
