softwareECS online is terrible. I have never had such a frustrating experience with any company in my life. The first time I tried to download their software it said there was no space on my hard drive. Then the next time I tried to use it it wouldnt let me login because my credit card information wasnt correct. Finally when I called customer service they told me that the software was already installed on someone elses computer and that I needed to uninstall it before trying to use it. Needless to say this company is not worth your time or money.

Ive tried different addresses phone numbers etc. Theres no change Please helpESEdisCCS is a bad company online. They dont work towards trying to improve customer service and instead they just try and increase profits. If youre looking for better customer service then tryEcs Online youll be more happy with the results.

I have had nothing but issues with this company for years. I always pay my bills and then find out that Im not getting the payments I expected. Its a total mess and I have always been customer service friendly - but this time was different. I got a letter from them saying that there was a problem with my account and that I needed to come in immediately. When I got there it was clear that something went wrong and that we were working on a new system - but it wasnt ready yet. So I had to wait until it was ready and then get paid again. Overall not a good experience and will never use this company again.
