"I Have Had Problems With This Company Before."

I have had problems with this company before. They isburgh on some items and makes an email about it to my credit card bank but then does not actually order the item Its like they are sitting on this one item and making all the noise about it only to back out once the product is ordered. Terrible business model and terrible toward customers.Ecs Imaging has great laser paperless solutions but please be aware that your satisfaction rating may 1 never show or 2 shows a rating after more than four months of use without any positive feedback.
