ecson.com is nothing more than an online store that sells technology solutions at cost efficiencies. I was extremely disappointed with the level of incompetence and lack of knowledge exhibited by their staff when it came to technology. The prices for some of the products they offer are ridiculously high and there is no indication that they have any experience or expertise in this field whatsoever. I would not recommend them to anyone especially if youre looking for a cost-effective solution to your technology needs.

ecson.com is a complete waste of money. Ive been a customer for over six months and have already gone through two technicians because the equipment theyre selling just isnt working. Neither of them could fix it so now Im out 600 and my equipment is still not working. Do not bother with this company

I have had a negative experience with ECSion.com. The entire process was incredibly frustrating. From the moment I contacted them until the time I received my purchase there was no easy or Wizardry way to of understanding what was happening. The step-by-step instructions that came with the product were not only confusing and difficult to understand but also took up valuable time that could be used another project instead of buying something that might help me. For a company that is promising cost efficiency this was one instance where there was no evidence that anything actually happened.I am not sure what type of user this is but if they want to sell products they have created then they should be transparent in their customer service efforts and make it easier for customers to understand what is happening while still providing value for their money.
