I was extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered a program that I thought would be great and then the software never worked right. It kept crashing and my computer wouldnt even turn on. This is not something you can just order a program and have it work like you wanted it to. This was a huge disappointment because I was really looking forward to using this company.

Im not sure what I expected from this company but it was nothing. The website looked like it had been hastily made and there were a lot of errors. Additionally the customer service was terrible. They wanted to charge me for something that wasnt even on the product list and then tried to do impossible things like insisting that I send them pictures of my product in order to supposedly support me All in all I wouldnt recommend this company at all.

Im not sure what the problem is but I simply dont enjoy using Ecsna.com. Its really slow and often produces nothing of value. There are far better sites that of course but Ecsna.com just isnt one of them.This company is essentially a scam for me. I pay for a service I doesnt deliver on its promises. Its actually been worse than that.

Im not sure what the problem is but I absolutely did not enjoy my experience at ecsna.com. The site was quickly and easily removed from my account for some reason. Im not sure what the problem is but I skipped over it because I didnt want to wait to see if it was deleted again.The user has issues with companys transparency and makes use of their softwareEcsna is a great company - they are always willing to share their technology with their users. However the website and content are very hidden on this one page description. I would love to see more focus on making use of ECSNAs capabilities so that users can understand what they mean when they talk about having a feel good experience - especially since many users have no idea what that means in terms of working hard on the days off.
