I have been using them for three years and the only thing good about them is that they are always willing to help out their clients but all of their services are very expensive and there is no guarantee that you will get what you paid for. They also do not provide enough support after the fact. Do not use this company unless you can afford to be really disappointed.

I just got out of a great customer service experience with Ecsoffice.com. The last time I was there the representative I worked with were very responsive to my questions and provided excellent support. However this time around they refused to change a file on my computer and demanded that I pay for the change. Im not going to trust a company such as Ecsoffice.com again until they improve their support infrastructure.
