I have never had such an unprofessional and ignorant company do business with me. I called to ask about a printing order that was already done and the woman on the phone told me it would be at least 2 weeks before my order could come in. I asked if there was any way I could get a refund and she said no. She also told me that my order wouldnt even come through because it was processing slow. Terrible customer service all around
