I have had a bad experience with this company. I started a DTS service with them and it was terrible. I sent her away and never received back her data. I called her daily and she didnt answer. I moved to a different company and the new company is much better. I hope they take care of this mistake so that I can get my data back.

I just opened a bad review for this company. I have been using Edats.com for over 10 years now and have never had a problem with it. I originally started off using their VHS software but since then they have all the versions. I always know what to expect as far as accuracy and delivery of information. However I would not recommend them to other users.
