"I Just Bought A Computer System For My Edetek.com"

I just bought a computer system for my edetek.com account and it is immediate Danger The only thing that things seems to be well is the company name but its anything but. His site looks like a average user not even trying hard to make his stuff look like something that would be seen on a daily basis on television. In fact most of the sites he visits seem to be general information about computers and how they work. I have never seen anyone on his site that isnt there to make money. This guy is a disgrace to the company and I will never buy anything from him again.

I just would like to say that this company is a total mess. From the start they have been terrible and always has been. I have had to many problems with their software and it has been painless to get help from the support staff. But these few people here really have caused my furthur trouble. It is so sad when a company is so good and everything goes wrong.

I just opened this email to find a bad user review for edetek.com. I have had two negative experiences with this company and they both resulted in my leaving the platform. first time I was always able to get in touch with them through email and phone even when my computer was broken. now Im here to tell you that they dont work as expected. Your doctor should be able to see findings within 10 minutes after surgery not 5-7. If youre getting surgery under general anesthesia then their is no need for the computer system at all. This is anOur company philosophy which is that we provide the best possible service to our users while also meeting the needs of our patients. We understand that sometimes there are will be times when our technology fails us and we may need to contact our customers back if needed. Unfortunately this has happened on other platforms as well and we have made sure that we have strict policies in place where customer communication is important
