The first time I called the person who answered was very unyielding and refused to let me speak to someone else about my issue. After several more calls I finally found someone who would be willing to help me. But the customer service experience was even worse than before- they were very unhelpful and downright rude. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just got a bad review for this company. They are in business of Home Devices and they provide software to help people in the home. I received a call from someone who had been using their software on their phone and it was absolutely terrible. The users computer was completely ruined and I believe that this is not a small business and they likely have no customers outside of the core product line. If youre looking for a company to help you in your home then I would recommend another company instead.
