The company Edgeit.com is in the business of Home - Edge Information Technologies which provides online services for businesses looking to get information about their customers and customers businesses. The website was created in 2006 but has not been updated since then. Additionally the site does not have any helpful information about how to use the services offered. Furthermore the customer service representative who I spoke with was unhelpful and did not seem to understand what I was asking.

I have had to call them three times in the past few days and they just dont care. Why would they The products they offer are fantastic and its spending money on something that doesnt work.Im sorry to hear that Edgeit isnt meeting your expectations. If you want good customer service then you need to take a step back and look at other options for solving your problem. Get help from a professional if you need it.
