Eendusa is a company that I would not recommend. They are in the business of recycling IT assets and they do not seem to be very good at it. Their customer service was extremely poor and they did not seem to have any idea what they were doing when it came to recycling IT assets. Overall I would not recommend this company.

"I Just Returned From Vacation"

I just returned from vacation in the States and absolutely terrible experience. Took all of my computer hardware and left it at an abandoned house in Denver Techno Rescue. Eendusa.com wasScreenings were horrendous and there was no way to work with the customer service other than through a phone call. I had to go online to find someone who could help me out. Unfortunately nothing worked and I had to return everything again. very disappointed with eendusa.com and how it worked

EENDUSA - Im not happy I was really excited to have found EENDUSA as I am an asset recycling company with the aim of helping people in the business of IT. However I quickly realized that this organization was one step ahead of me. They were very specific in their goals and what they wanted from me but also flexible enough to allow for changes and different needs in the business model. It created some difficult challenges early on in my tenure but I never once saw them as a challenge except as someone who had to make things work from a financial standpoint. Despite all of the challenges EENDUSA was always willing to help and provide support. Eventually I became successful despite having somewhat of a tumultuous beginning. Now after years of experience Ive become something of a bad customer service agent for them.

I have never had such trouble with company eendusa.com. The website is terrible and I always have to go through anyone else to get my items. This was our first time working with them and the process was so much easier than expected. The problem is that their customer service is about as good as it gets and they never seem to work out with company eendusa.com. I really dont recommend this company if you dont want to be constantly having to go through someone else.
