EESolutions.io is a company that offers home solutions such as alarms smoke detectors and door locks. While their products do have some great features their customer service can be quite unprofessional. I had a problem with my alarm going off for no reason and was very frustrated with the way they handled it. Another time I had to call them because my smoke detector didnt work. Their customer service was really bad and I ended up getting my money back from them anyways. Overall if youre looking for a good home solution but dont want to deal with the hassle of customer service then EESolutions.io may be a good option for you.

SolutionsEES Home Solutions is a terrible company. They are terrible at everything. I have had to call them multiple times to get my door fixed my cat fixed and now my computer fixed. I have had to come back and forth to their office for additional services. I have had to sign a contract with them and do all of the paperwork needed to be a part of their business. And yet they are still what this company is All about- making you feel like an idiot for wanting to use their serviceIm not sure what EES Home Solutions does thats so bad about it but something tells me it isnt anything good. Every time I need something from them they send out the same old staff member who always wants to help me but never seems interested in helping anyone. The last time I called in was over a week ago and they sent out a different staff member who said I dont know how this website works and then wanted to
