They say they wont do anything because its too expensive but what kind of example is this set by a top software company in the United Kingdom

Eezesolutions is a poor business model. The company does not seem to be winded of what it once was just more of the same. All of the old customers are gone only new ones are being created at an alarming rate. It is as if the founders were given a choice and were to return to their predecessors and say to them youre on your own well figure out how to make this work for us. Your tough love didnt work and you need to find somebody else to help you with your business plan.Eezesolutions has become a great deal for company but it is no longer a business model. It is now a top software company in United Kingdom - but it will only work if youre more than happy with what youve got.

I am not a customer of this company and I have never used their products. I was given a walk through of their products by a friend who is a customer of mine and it was incredibly confusing and useless. I eventually stopped using the walkthrough because I didnt feel its content was important or worth reading if you know what I mean.
