However their customer service is overall low man on this site. The app they offer to use to deliver their services is bad also. Its basic and doesnt go with the site model. Overall I would not recommend using this app because of their customer service and quality of service.

The customer service is terrible and they dont care about their customers. If you need a design agency then use someone else instead.

Efabrika is a terrible company to do business with. The service design agency was not what I expected from the website. I was super excited to do some of the designs they offer but unfortunately everything went wrong. The staff was amazing until things started going wrong and then they would get back to you but it wasnt a happy experience. The results didnt look good at first but we made it all the way through because of the teams dedication and attitude. However when we tried to go to our locations ourselves - nothing was happening. We would get an email asking if we were still interested in working with them but we had already sent all of our artwork and videos off. Its been really frustrating having to contact them every other day to schedule services but its also Dollar Planner quality tea when youre working on a big project but efabrika wont let you succeed by default. They need someone who can lead by example instead of just
