I dont think Ive ever had such terrible customer service. They kept telling me that my order wasnt shipped until after 10pm and then when it finally did arrive the product was defective. And the worst part is that I didnt even have to return the product- they just gave me a full refund. Dont bother with this company

I have had a lot of experience with effecturellc.com and it is always a day late and a dollar short. I have used their services twice now and I can say that they are Wadsworths only rival in the business. However they offer more service than effecturellc.com. They have an extensive customer service phone line which is great if you need help or want to get information from a computer. Their website is also excellent for finding information about their services and the companys history. If youre looking for a well-run online business effecturellc.com is your man.
