me and my friends use this company for years now and we have never had a single issue. However the past year or so they have been changing their address on their website which has caused us a lot of trouble. We used to be able to change our address easily and quickly but now it takes forever just to get an email asking us if we want to link our account with another company. Also some of the employees are reallybad at customer service and sometimes dont seem to understand what customers are asking.
