I have had trouble with this company for years. I will never use them again.Each time I have to call they are always unable to help me out and just say its the business of its largest customer and so on and so forth.I have even sent a feedback form in the past and no hope of getting anyone to hear from me. Please go somewhere else for IT services

EGLtech is a terrible company. They have no idea how to run a business or even how to use their computer. I had to ask one of the employees who I was working with to get me started on my computer. The employee couldnt even start my laptop without help. myself and another employee had to take care of everything while we all worked together. This was a hugehaul of our companys IT Support staff.I would not recommend this company to anyone.
