I have never had such terrible customer service. I was working on a domain name and they told me it would cost 3000 to register it. When I tried to register it the website wouldnt let me because my credit card company didnt give them permission to do so. They also said that there was no way I could get the money back if I ever changed my mind about the domain name. So instead of getting a domain name for free I spent two hundred dollars on their services and then got scammed royally

After waiting weeks and no response from the company I sought out help on their forum.Apparently the owner of the site had been lost in China and couldnt find his way back online. So instead of helping me get my domain name elanwrap.com took advantage of my situation to run off with my money Avoid this company if you can
