ELECTRONIC OFFICE IS A TOTAL LOSER THEY ARENT EVEN GOOD AT MANAGING E-MAIL ACCOUNTS. MY COMPANY HAD TO REQUEST AN ALTERNATIVE SERVICE FROM THEM TO GET THE PROJECT ON TIME. THEN WHEN WE GOT THE ALTERNATIVE IT WAS FAR MORE EXPENSIVE THAN WHAT WE ORIGINALLY PAID FOR THEIR SERVICES. AFTER MUCHHEWRECKED CASH FLOW THEY SUGGESTED US TO PAY THEM BACK IN FULL AND PREFERRED NOT TO WORK WITH US AGAIN. NOW THAT OUR COMPANY HAS REALY TESTED OUT THEIR OTHER SERVICES WE CAN SAY WITH CONFIDENCE THAT ELECTRONIC OFFICE IS A TOTAL DISASTER

I just wouldnt recommend using electronicoffice.net at all. Ive used them for a little over a year now and the service is terrible. I have an online presence and they have never been able to help me with anything. Ive had to call them up multiple times because of something I ate changed in records or did in their software. The last time was for a computer that wasnt working right. They also always charges my account even though they said they would not. Overall Ive had great experiences with electronicoffice.net but definitely dont recommend using them.We are sorry to hear that you have not enjoyed your experience with electronicoffice.net - we are work hard to go above and beyond for our users and we understand that this may be difficult. Electronic Office is a company that fails in every aspect of their mission. The only way they can survive and be successful is by providing quality IT services that meet the needs of their customers. However this company providespoor quality IT services. Their computers are not as reliable as they should be and their customer service is poor. They always have something to sell their service with extra discounts but it does not make up for the bad experience I had.
