I just got out of a two-year contract with Element 84. I dont like that the customer service is now gone. The customer service was accrued to me as a gift so I expected better. Now Im having to wait for customer service. Sometimes it takes days without contact from them and other times they send only slow communication. They should be ashamed of themselves.The users name and email are not clear. They should be something like company element84.
