I have had great experiences with Elite Business Solutions in the past. However this company is terrible. They are always here to help but the service is poor.They are especially bad with customer service. Every time I have a question they give me a number to call and I cant get anyone to help me out. I have to call them again and again until someone responds.I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was this companys customer service agent and the experience wasnt good. The people in the customer service line were very uninterested in helping me as a customer. They asked me just about every question I needed to know but didnt seem to want to help or go beyond what was necessary. They did everything they could to get me a new account but I never received one. Im not sure what kind of program it was that they used to get my old account reinstated but it was done without care for my best interest. If this is what customer service is like then Elite Business Solutions is a terrible platform.

I am very disappointed with the user review for company elitebusinesssolutions.com. The website is easy to navigate and look at the service that they offer is top notch. However the content is low quality and aging if you have been around the block recently. It seems that people who have been around the block lately are the ones who have trouble with new things and are afraid of change. I for one will not be using this website again.
