"I Cannot Believe How Terrible This"

I cannot believe how terrible this company is. I have used them before and they always do a terrible job. This time they did not even bother to send the technician right away- they said it would take 10-15 days for the tech to come. The tech came 3 weeks later and he was completely unprofessional and did not seem happy at all. He did not even bother to try to fix the issue that I brought up- he just said it was not his problem and left. Do not use this company if you want anything done efficiently or legitimately
