I was really disappointed with my experience with company elmeme.me. The user review is a bad example of how I think customer service could be improved. I absolutely loved using company elmeme.me The user review is fantastic and I would definitely recommend it to others. However I had an issue with it that It created a situation where I had to go beyond the rules and get help from other users who all seemed to be in support of each other to figure out a plan of action. It was frustrating because I wanted to love everything about this service but I found myself coming back because there were things I needed to do that didnt meet me on the list or just wasnt working as well as I thought it would. Overall I think company elmeme.me is a great service but you end up feeling like what youre doing is not helping your customers rather than helpful . Im sorry for the terrible customer service
