However this companys products are often quite costly and not very user-friendly. Additionally the customer service was often unhelpful and difficult to contact. They never send the order I need or even state the fact that they have and will not send out their usual products. constantinerations in to service levels now and then. Elysian-Software.com is a terrible company. They do not even have the basics - they provide nothing but high priced services which make you feel pay less than minimum wage. For example I needed a new computer for work but they had me covered with a new computer at very competitive prices. However their support was garbage - they would only help people who were within an hours drive of their home. Now that Im familiar with their system its much more manageable and user-friendly. If you need help with anything on your computer Elysian-Software.com is absolutely not what you expect from the website you are viewing.If you want something done quickly and at little cost then go somewhere else - Elysian- Software is not it.
