Its products and services are designed to help businesses track their real-time weather conditions as well as collect data on upcoming events. However the companys users have reported problems with its software over the past few years which have included unexpected changes or eliminations from their data as well as possible change or deletion of data without their consent. Additionally there have been occasions when the companys software has refused to continue working even after beingjarred andirschpointed around world coordinates.
