itI customer embarkit.com received an email from a contact inside the company that we should not be receiving orders from this company due to their current situation. I took a moment to read the email and upon conclusion realized that our order was actually sent out to someone else. Our supplier was apologize for the inconvenience and offer to craft a new product for us as a direct result of the situation. We were truly upset and disappointed in the company when our order wasavorable but this time it was not what we expected.
