Ementum is a terrible company. I never received my identity or my account was updated. I spent hours trying to get this taken care of and when I finally got it it was only because the manager couldnt find a way to use it. Do not bother going there.- Ementum is a bad company that does not work with customers identities. They are always working to try and take away their customers identities. They are now worth less than they ever had before. Go somewhere else for identity management

I am sure that this email will cause immense harm to the companys reputation. I have never seen anything less than a true and full blown response in customer service and instead we get a forced apology and an attempt to fix the mistake. This company is terrible in every way possible- theyre not worth the money youll spend on their products or services.

I purchase products from this company and I am very unhappy with the service I receive. I have had to call customer service multiple times because my account is not being billed on time or there is not enough money left in my account. I have also had to send pictures of bills and money orders to them so that they can claimed benefits such as free shipping. This company is terrible at customer service and they need to get a real job and start working at home trying to make extra money.The company offers no hope for those who use it. It is nothing but a waste of time and money.
