I have never had such terrible customer service. The representative I spoke to said they would not be able to help me because my order was placed more than a month ago and they do not ship to Canada. She also told me that she could not process my order because it was processed by another company and she did not understand how I could have received an order from them two weeks ago when I placed the original order. So avoid this company if you can

Im not impressed with this company at all. Ive had problems with their support and their products. The SAP product I used to use was terrible so I switched to Oracle. They produced the same results - the support was terrible too.

high-Performance ComputingEmerald Cube is just a waste of money. I have been using Emerald cubes for about 4 years now and has never been so unhappy with the service. The quality of the cubes is terrible and the customer service is not anything I would want to use again.I currently use them for SAP MSG and Oracle Syntax high- Performance Computing which is all time critical applications. These applications require very high performance and Emerald cubes are simply cannot meet that demand. If you are not using Emerald cubes then you are really doing yourself or the public a disservice by using these products.

They offer SAP and Oracle software as well as syntax generated reports and tools for management.I was just there to buy some of their products. It seems that the company is in the business of providing bad user reviews. Every review they provide is a negative one with every one reinforcing the point being made. People are ripped off overcharged and provided with fake reports.astrous experiences that need to not be repeatable or ever happening again
