which is notI used this company to fix my broken window and they were terrible. The work was done very slowly and the guy who did it said it would cost me over 2000 to get my window fixed properly. I told him no way and he said that if I do not want to pay then he would have to call a tow truck to take it away from me. Do not go with this company

I called to speak with a representative about a home security system and the representative told me that they would not be able to help me because my system was already installed. I told her that I had tried to order the system online and she said that she could not help me because she was aware of the systems availability. She told me that if I wanted to speak with someone who might be able to help then I should call their customer service number. I did not want to call customer service so I asked her what the companys phone number was. She told me that there was no company phone number and Therefore I cannot contact them either way
