DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THE WORST. I HAD TO REPORT THEM TO THE FTC BECAUSE THEY ARE CRIMINALEmerald Data is a complete and utter scam. They promised to help me with my VoIP needs but actually did the opposite. They inflated my charges by 300. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I have had a lot of experience with this company and the quality of their services is terrible. I have had to call them multiple times because my computer would not connect to the network and they could not help me fix it. They also told me that I needed a new PC because theirs was old and did not work right. Overall these people are scam artists and do not deserve your business.

Do not use this company They are terrible and do not have any good customer service. I had to call them multiple times because my computer was freezing and they could not fix it. Finally after spending hours on the phone with them I got a new computer that only worked in Atlanta so I could no longer use their network. Do not bother using them

Their services are good for when you need someone to help you with something thats difficult to do on your own but when youre doing a lot of work and need someone to help you with things that are easy Emerald Data is what you want. They have everything you need from software to helping with the online work and they always work to the best of their ability.
