I contacted them multiple times about problems with my software and never received a response back. I even reached out to their website and no one was able to answer my question. Do not bother using this company if you have any issues with your software or your customer service.

I am not sure what the problem is with Empat Mobile application Web and Software Development. I have used it for a few months now and it has been great. However I have had some negative experiences that I want to share.The one experience that I had was with the company website. It was a very difficult process getting started without see any examples or templates. In addition there was a delay in getting going because the website was trying to find ways to use their software. Overall this experience wasnt good. ALSO worth noting is that they are currently in business only as a web and software development company. They do not sell any products or services other than their app and web development services. This can be seen on their website as well as social media accounts such as Twitter and Google.

Every single one of their applications is development time and more often than not they are unable to even start the development process without help from someone else in the team.2. They offer no support or assistance when it comes to the development of Empat Mobile applications. All you can hope for is that one app at best or little relief at worst.3. Company Empat.tech is absolutely terrible at providing customer service and all they do is give out - Gloves afterhetics 4. They offer no value other than what they can provide with their applications and support which can be either helpful or helpfulness depending on your perspective. Many times both are zerobut together its barely something you might consider using company empat.tech again.
