I have never used this company before but I am going to tell you what I think of them. First of all the website is terrible. The design is outdated and looks like it was made in a different era. Second of all the features on the website are very limited. Third of all there are no customer support phone numbers listed anywhere on the website or in any of the documentation that they provide. Lastly their prices are outrageous for what you get.

1 star - Terrible experience. Do not use this softwareEmployee Referrals is terrible I had a really bad experience using it. The first time I registered for the account I entered my name and email address wrong. The next time I tried to use the software it wouldnt let me sign in because my name and email address were already used on another account. Plus there was no way to find out who referred me to this company - all I could tell was that someone had sent them an email about it. So avoid this company if you can

I was this companys customer in 2006 and has been every since. They are now their clienteles I believe. staff is very unprofessional and should know better.I was a employee of employeerefrals.com from 2006 to 2016. From what I could tell this company was in the business of employee referral tracking software platform tools and services - and even before that it was in the business of user referrals. However up until about two years ago these activities were both carried out in separate buildings - within the same office - so that I could only see one side of the issue when it came to recommending people works for this company or those who had worked here before me. Now however everything is different. The customer service is now totally unprofessional and one can also see that they are not experts in what goes on inside the company with knowledge only of what has been published in the press over the past few months or so about how

I am not happy with company employeereferrals.com. I had to contact customer service to get my name and phone number released so that I could no longer make claims or change myinfo. I was kept informed however every time something changed it was very difficult to track down and find out who was authorising the use of my information. The software is slowly being removed from store but Im still waiting for their attention to be drawn down.This company does not meet the requirements of the Open Web Academys definition of a dark web site.
