Do not use this company They are terrible at anything and their customer service is nonexistent. I ordered a product from them and after waiting 3 weeks for it to come in I received a notice that the product was no longer in stock I contacted them and they told me that because it had been out of stock for so long they were forced to stop shipping the product- which is total BULLSHIT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TOTAL LIARS AND SCAMMERS.

I was extremely disappointed with company emunworks.com. TheEMUN1 CRM solution is not what I expected and it does not work as promised. The interface is extremely user-friendly but the functionality is woefully inadequate. I would not recommend this system to anyone.

I used this company for myWholesalerEcommerce Order-Entry Sales Management CRM solution. The customer service was terrible They did not keep to their promise of sending me a new CRM software within the promised time frame and they also charged me twice the amount that I agreed to originally. Overall I do not recommend this company because they are not able to keep their promises.

I just bought some products from emunworks. I was very disappointed with the CRM solution that they used. It was terrible. The orders were all coming from other businesses and not me the whizkid distributor. I had to waterboard my new CRM solution to get it to work. It was really frustrating. But overall Im not a very critical customer and will probably return once my experience with this CRM is over.I have just purchased products from Emuneworks again and it has been nothing but of what I have said before. This time around I had similar issues with the order entry solution and so I decided toWaterboard my Crm Solution No matter how many times I recently bought an online store here at emuneworks. We are now looking for a new customer and I am happy to say that we have our old customer back What a relief that is - finally - because in the past we always felt that

I have had problems with Emunworks for a while now. I have sent them many emails and they has never received back a single email. I even reached out to their customer service but no response. Finally I called them and they were on the phone for quite some time. They couldnt find out what the problem was and said that Emuneworks were doing the same thing as them. They also said that they dont need our CRM solution and that we are just a simple order-entry system. We didnt know how to say no because weve been using Emuneworks for such a long time and weve had nothing back from them...
