I absolutely hated company enabledenergy.net The website was extremely complicated and it took forever to get my account set up. Additionally the customer service was terrible. I had to call them multiple times to get ahold of someone and they were always very rude. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Services energy is terrible I have had to use other companies for home energy because of outages like power going out everyday. Company enabledenergy.net is the worst company Ive used. Theyre always up and running with new services and features but they dont do anything to make my home more sustainable. My home is always hot or cold no matter what I do even after trying different ways to adjust the thermostat. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Im very disappointed with company enabledenergy.net. I have been using their site for just over a month and am already experiencing negative results. Every day my energy bill cabinet goes from being at my house to being far away from me. I have tried numerous techniques to get company enabledenergy.net to understand me and do what they say but it is not happening. They keep saying they are working on the feature upgrade that is going to solve the issue but it has not yet come out of development. I really dont see how you can be effective if youre not providing service.The user experienced problems with his energy bill because he could not find his energy cabinet at home. He also tried contacting customer service but they did not respond in a timely manner. He also found out that the problem was with the platform in general and not with him.

ServicesI just moved and company enabled energy.net is directly through the store Im at now. Ive been using this site for years without issue but lately its been like a light in my head has been turned off. Its very slow and sometimes it doesnt seem to have any response from the customers other than oh well. Ive called they customer service number and they are only able to give me a mix of sorry were currently out of that product or well get to you soon. So much for coming in on point.
