Wireless Security SystemsThis company is a complete scam. I ordered two systems and one of them never worked properly. The other system was defective and required me to return it. The customer service agent said that they would not do anything because the product was defective which it clearly wasnt. They then told me that if I did not return the product within seven days they would charge me for the return shipping costs and my security system would be canceled. I refused to return the product and ended up getting a full refund - all because of this company

I was this companys customer service representative for a while. I do not remember what the business purpose was but it wasnt very good. The people here are absolutely terrible. They are all baristas and its really hard to understand what theyre saying. They never answered my questions and I started getting really mad at them because they were forcing me to use their machine.
