Encasulate.com is a terrible user review site. The company has been in the business for years and has done great things for the environment but this now can not be said about their past work products. This particular review is from a few months ago and is about an old project that the company had going. The user has to do with an old version of Encasulate where something went wrong and they were able to fix it but the update they released last week fixed a lot of the issues she found and made her whole project much worse. She feels betrayed by the companys past accomplishments but especially by the recent update that made everything better. She would give the site 0 stars if she could and say that anyone considering using Encasulate should stay away from this site.
