DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED A REVENUE Cycle MODEL FROM ENCODA AND WHEN I received it THE PAGE THAT WAS INCLUDED WITH THE ORDER WAS INCOMPLETE. THERE WERE NO INSTRUCTIONS ON WHERE TO FIND THE SHEET THAT SHOWES MY INVESTMENT STATUS OR HOW TO START REPORTING MY SALARY. ALSO THERE WASNT ANY INFORMATION ABOUT WHAT SERVICES OR PRODUCTS THEY COULD SUPPORT. SO MUCH FOR EXPECTING TO GET QUICKY SERVICE FROM ENCODA. I WILL NEVER AGAIN USE THEM.

I joined this company because they promise to help me re-imagine my revenue cycle. I have been a CPA for over 20 years and I dont know how to do anything else other than what Ive done in the past. This is the worst idea ever. The entire process was so confusing and frustrating and its not even close to being worth it. Save your money and go somewhere else.

However I had a bad experience with their system. It was very user friendly but the training materials are not as good. Overall I would not recommend Encoda to anyone.
