I had a terrible experience working with company encompass-inc.com. They were not able to help me out with my ERP software consulting needs and instead provided me with a bunch of useless information that I did not need. Additionally their certified Epicor Partners service was completely bogus - they did not even provide me with the necessary materials to make a purchase from them. Overall this company is not worth your time or money.

I have had negative experiences with this company in the past. The first time was when they didnt meet my expectations and then they charged me for an upgrade that I never received. They also made it very difficult to cancel my order because it was processed through their web site. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

However include.com is now closed because of financial problems.
