EncoreConsulting.com is a company that provides customer service and support through email phone and chat. However the companys staff is very responsive to questions and problems that their customers face. However the company also provide services that are not good quality or too high up for their price points. For example the company provides follow-up service when a customers phone goes down in the future. They will call you back and ask what happened while youre out of town and wont let you Or else they cant reach you until you come back to work. The quality of their services is there for upper end customers but not lower end customers because they have low cost of use as well as high quality services.

I have had multiple reactions to encore consulting services. First of all they are very professional but also very personable and unprofessional. They seem to really care about their work and their customers. However the content of their reports is often information that is out of date or doesnt reflect what actually happened. I have had to update my account multiple times because of this. I would not recommend encore consulting services to anyone.
