The software training is terrible. I have never had such a negative experience with any company before. The instructor is unprofessional and not very knowledgeable about the software heshe is teaching. Theres also no sense of urgency in getting through the course material - it seems like they just want you to leave as soon as possible so they can move on to their next client.

I have yet to find a good reason why I need to use the software training offered by encoretech.com. The only thing that really makes sense is that it would be better if the company actually provided useful information about the software itself not just marketing materials. Ive used other software companies in the past and found their products to be much more informative.

I have tried this software training company before and it was terrible. Im not sure what the difference is between this company and their predecessor but the quality of their courses are much lower quality. The materials they provide for the courses are often outdated or missing important information. Additionally their customer service is incredibly poor. Ive had to contact them multiple times to get help with something small and they never seem to be able to help until its too late. Save your money and go somewhere else

"I Have Had Quite A Few Experiences"

I have had quite a few experiences with encoretech.com in the last year or so where I have had to take time off work to do everything at once and its really causing myAorta to not function as it should. This is not something that I am sorry for but I find it to be an overly complex andor difficult solution to get around. I also have found that by taking time off work they no longer offer a free trial which is great because I dont want to waste time on something that doesnt play into my purpose of working towards a goal. However if youre looking for productivity-related services and are willing to take the time off work to do things the right way then encoretech.com is a great place to go - even though theyve lost me.
