I have never had such terrible service from any company in my life. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They told me that they could not do anything because their office was closed but then when I called them back they said that their office was open and they were just out of power cords What a joke They did not even try to help me with my issue and made me feel like a idiot. Do not go anywhere else if you need IT services - Endeavor Services Group is the worst

I was this companys customer for over a year. I was always treated with respect and there were no surprises. But lately everything has changed. First of all the service is now being offered through someone elses company. I have to contact them every 30 minutes because my account is still being billed. And then I have never received a response to my calls or emails. I have also been confirmed as having a complaints against me which is why they are being billing as well. Do not bother trying to get this company to work with you. This is what you will get -Boring customer service - No respect - Waves an arden when asked to leave - Cant be reached by phone or email - Is currently the only customer who has given feedback about company endeavorservice.com

I started out using company endeavorservice.com for my online presence and it was great getting support from staff in the customer service area. However since then Ive turned off all features and saved all of my interactions with the customer service area to a central site. Im not sure what changed or what this is for but Im afraid that companyballs has taken over and theyre no longer interested in helping people get their mojo back.
