does not do what it says it doesI have experience with other companies in this business and I can say that EnergyPrint is not at all what it seems. The website promises to provide a utility management solution for your home or business but really only provides templates for creating invoices and history reports. There are no tools or instructions provided to actually use the service. There was also a big problem when I tried to sign up - they required me to provide my credit card number which I did not have.

Oh no not possible I has my bankodded my account number anddate of birth. I have had very poor experiences with this company. The first was when I got charged for a bill that I didnt receive. The help they gave me was shallow and did nothing to help me fix the mistake. The second time was when my energy bill was -2 ET so I knew it wasnt worth her money. She told me to just call her company and she would give me back my 2 per month investment back. Such customer service not what we expect from EnergyPrint.com.The companys user review is negative and does not reflect real-world experience. Company energyprint.com has no respect for customers time and space as well as their resources. They hope you will join them in leaving a positive review that will help other find out about your experience and how you plan to be more mindful of your costs in the future

I was a customer of energyprint.com for quite some time then recently stopped using the service. I have to say that the service has been negative in many ways. First the service is extremely slow and can be very difficult to use. Second the staff is not always willing to help and is often helpful in our current economy conditions. Third the services are often too good to be true and it has been for me now too many times. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
