DO NOT USE ENERTRONLLC THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE AND INACCURATE WITH THEIR INFORMATION. I HAD TO FILE A REPORT WITH THE CYBERSTALK PROTECTION AGENCY AFTER THEY ARRIVED AT MY HOME WITH NO NOTICE AND WHEN I asked to speak with a manager they were OUT OF NETWORK. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ANYONE ELSE THAT RELIES ON THEIR SERVICES.

is a scamI would not recommend this company to anyone They are in the business of managed IT services and cloud solutions but they seem to be doing everything wrong. First off they never quote prices or give you a time frame for when the service will be available. Second their customer service is terrible. I had to call them four times in less than two months just to get my computer fixed because it was not up to their standards. Finally the price for what they charge is outrageous.

.I have had two problems with enertronllc.com in the last few months. The first was a live chat issue where I was able to get a ticket resolved but then later when I tried to use the phone number for the second problem I was told that my request would be processed as soon as I got my account set up and after that it continued to go through even when I didnt respond to their email order. Overall its been really bad luck so far and I hope that it doesnt continue.

is something you should probably avoidI absolutely hated my job at enertronllc.com The customer service was terrible the support was nonexistent and the website wasnarried Im not even sure what they did right for me but everyone else had about a 50 mistake. I would recommend avoiding this company at all cost.
