Engaged Technologies has been around for years now and they have a great product line. However their customer service is terrible. They never respond to emails or even ask for contact information. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Engaged Technologies is a terrible company. I have worked with them in the past and they are not as good now as they used to be. I have had to law enforcement type forms filled out for them which is really wasnt that bad when I was working with them. Now its actually been pretty much impossible to get anything done without their help.
