However their customer service abilities are not what I am bringing to you today. Her customer service skills are good when she brings me solutions and recommendations but all too often she becomes very condescending and has a lack of understanding about how I work. More often than not she will tell me that I am being difficult or that she needs to be more understanding because her tasks have made me usual activities. Her customer service skills are above average when she brings me recommendations and solutions but her overall attitude does not deserve the high price they charge.
