I have never had such customer service- everyone is so friendly and ones that work for me are always willing to help. The first time I worked with them I was out all night trying to get my account set up. They were more than happy to help me and gave me some supportU into the system. I have had the unfortunate experience of working with company engineerroi.com. Every time there have been slight changes in the website content or in my access to information regarding their partys I am forced to write a bad user review.I realize that it will take some time and effort to get the latest content published but I have had better experiences with other websites in the past. It is not like they are in a hurry to improve the website - they simply want something to do ops and anything that can be done to stop vulgarity or spammy emails is helpful. The only reason I dont give them a 5 is because I know they make a difference when it comes to art formals and such but if youre looking for an online source for information on important home events then go somewhere else.
