Hello my name is and I am a customer of enmark.com. I have been a customer for about two years now and I have to say that the experience has been great The staff is alwaysfriendly and helpful and they have always gotten back to me promptly when Ive had a question or concern. They also provide greatcustomer service through their online chat system- which is very userfriendly. All in allI would definitely recommend enmark.com to anyone looking for an excellent ERP system.

I was very disappointed with the company enmark.com. The website is terrible and the customer service is even worse. I called them to order a metal bracket for my printer and they told me that they dont carry that type of product and would have to order it from another source. I asked what other source they would recommend and they said that they didnt know. I then asked if they could just show me a photo of the product they were talking about and THEY LIED They showed me a picture of an identical but much more expensive bracket that doesnt even have the metal mounting holes in it let alone the ENITEO trademark symbol on it Do not bother ordering anything from this company - their customer service is horrible and their website is unprofessional at best.

I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from enmark.com. The first time I made an inquiry about their Metal Centric ERP they told me it would only be available to businesses with a certain area code. After looking online and finding that many businesses in my area have ENITEO I decided to give them a try. To my horror after creating an account and logging in I found out that my business was not included within their approved list They told me they needed more information from me before they could process my order which is apparently why no one had been able to receive orders from me for months now... despite trying numerous times In addition when I asked about how to add my business to their approved list they said there was no way because its already added. What a joke... This company should be ashamed of themselves.

Do not bother with this company - they are horrible at their job and will do anything to avoid you from getting your moneys worth. I have had to contact them multiple times because of issues with my ENITEO account and each time they make it very difficult to get ahold of someone who can help me out. Do not waste your time or money with this company - especially if youre looking for an ERP that is metal-centric.

This company is completely terrible...This company is absolutely terrible for business They are always working to improve their products but they never get it right which makes business more difficult to handle. I recently used enmark.com for my online presence and I was extremely disappointed. The site isdjational but the content is not only due to the included HTML tags which give the site a modern look and feel but also the fact that they dont use any JQuery or other animation tools. I have never seen anything but user sign-up forms analysis reports and even some articlesbut they are all filled with false information. The company enmark.com is just a waste of time and money.
