Ennoble First is a company that provides technology solutions to businesses in the enterprise. Their products and services are designed to make their customers lives easier including initial installation of their software help users keep track of their businesss performance and provide transparency into the governance of their organizations. However some customer service issues I had with my previous experience with enobelfirst.com were not resolved along with others I have now. For example after a while getting my account settings changed at enobel FIRST they insisting on changing one minor setting which was going against our brandewing strategy. After several phone calls and many emails it was finally resolving its own issue However what I wasnt able to do was stop them from absorbing all the data off my computer just by closing down my browser window which worked out because then they couldnt see it closed down. So overall the customer service here is good enough for me but if you want your changes to be taken seriously something
