I was this companys customer service specialist and they were amazing with my concern and always made sure I was happy with their services. But now theyve changed their entire philosophy and now only serve Silicon Valley startups with years of experience in software development whore already familiar with all the En STEPPING through my problem which was a real issue because I had a lot to say and someone said it could have been me...If youre looking for terrible customer service then look somewhere else first before finding out how to get back on track.

The company has been in business for more than 10 years and has provided Houston users with top-tier customer service for as long as they have had compared to other websites. However Enstep.com seems to be a bad user review site. The website offers standard IT services such as computer system usage office space and software installationuninstallation. However the sites themselves offer very poor customer service. For example one review said they are a bad experience because they dont follow up with customers after an incident or while waiting for a job order. Another review said they were ridiculously slow in getting back to customers who had issues this was after the same person had already sent multiple emails trying to resolve the issue.
